To update or not to update, that is the question...

My new computer ROCKS love it, working out some bugs, upgraded it once already haha I put 2GB of RAM in now I have 4GB of RAM :D Might put a water cooling system into it in the new year so I can over-clock my system :)

Canucks are doing GREAT Luoooooooo got 3 shutouts back to back and ya they're playing GREAT!! I'm going through hockey with drawls the last two games todays and Sundays were pay per view (gonna have to get the Canuck package for next year) So GAME DAY on WED THRUS and SAT! Saturday's game Pittsburgh and Sid the Kid are going to be here!! Not missing that game for nothing :P Want to see Pitts get beat!

Work is ahh work, its going good having a hard time adjusting and dealing with poor attitudes from umm almost everyone, except for Sheldon we've decided to keep each other accountable and be positive so that helps! Work is trying to be "stifflers" about a laptop (I need a new work PC) and they're cheaping out on $61 dollars... Its a joke my current pc is crap, I told them fine then don't get me a new one, I'm paid by the hour :P

Christmas is coming and its going to be fun having kids at Christmas just makes it that much better, my wife is going to get SPOILED and she knows it. However most of her presents are going to come after Christmas cause we decided last year that we'd do Boxing day stuff instead of going nuts before hand. BUT I need to make sure her stocking is STUFFED and she gets her regulars before hand.. You'll see her lists on her blog :P

So ya.. I'm tired and updated now so this is how it works for those that forget.... I (we) Update You (we) comment...

New Computer!!

Saturday, November 24, 2007
Well I'm on my new computer now, I've re-installed it three times and it took less time to do that then it takes to install once on my old computer... I feel spoiled really, I keep going back to the old computer to get configured files saved files and what not off to put onto the new computer and think to myself. Self, how did you do it for so long? It's pretty awesome really. Haven't experienced any lag at all so far, few small issues; being that its so new the video card for example isn't even 7days old. It was just released to the public. So the drivers are a bit sketchy sometimes.. Lots of stuff like that.

Anyways on another note my EI ran out :( which means I have to go back to work, back to Alcan that is. Need a steady pay check to support the family so I'm going to be heading back on Wednesday the 28th. I'm not going to lie I'm bummed but I'm thankful that I have a job and can support my family so I'm not going to complain about it.

Tonight is our staff party for CGI my job at Alcan. Were eating at the Bavarrian Inn its going to great! always great food there! Very excited, plus it will be nice to see everyone in a social event before going back to work!

So Christy and I are off finally on a date night spend some much needed time together with no kids to worry about.

I'm so excited I could pee!!

My wife is seriously the most amazing woman in the world! She spoils me to no end!! Not only did I get to go to Vancouver and watch my boyz play without her and the kids. She also "ok'd" the order of my NEW COMPUTER! AHHHHH Seriously its been WAY WAY WAY WAY to long I'm using an old beast that is dying and I'm always having to fix it, its about 8years old which is really old for computers. My new computer is gonna be SWEET and I gotta great deal on it, man that TCSI Computers company is great! They really know their stuff!!!

Thank you so much hun!! your the BOMB!

one quirk I've had lately... Blogger and Facebook is it me, is it this computer please tell me I need to know, I can't get on the pages most of the time, they won't load they're SO slow... Seriously if its not just me comment and let me know other wise I'm deleting both cause they're so so so so so so slow...

Lest We Forget!

"We must remember. If we do not, the sacrifice of those one hundred thousand Canadian lives will be meaningless. They died for us, for their homes and families and friends, for a collection of traditions they cherished and a future they believed in; they died for Canada. The meaning of their sacrifice rests with our collective national consciousness; our future is their monument."

I know I know, "Update your Blog Chris"

Friday, November 09, 2007
If your actually still out there reading it anyways.. Truth be told I've just been waiting for the pictures. Lots to post so thats my excuse. It's HOCKEY season and I'm into it FULL FORCE I think out of the 24 games that have been on I've only missed umm 2 at most, including the PPV games (listened on the radio) I've even been to one already this year YES thats right I got to go to one!!! Stinkin awesome loved it!! Want to hit at least one more this year.

Sorry Steph, its hockey time I'm gonna be doing Hockey blogging in between life blogs.

So ya Tom says to me, I'm going to Van to get me a Tracker and I'm going to go to a Game when I'm there... I says I'm coming... he says Ya right, your wife won't let ya... I says Honey I'm going to Van to watch a game and drive back with Tommy... she says... Uhhh Ok have fun. Later on she gives me the stipulations. Needless to say I met them and off I went. We caught the Vancouver/Detroit game and the only thing that could've made it better is IF they hadn't dis-allowed the one Goal and IF they would've won. Other then that it was AWESOME. I got me a new jersey, have been battling the idea for awhile now and finally did it. Didn't get a name/number on it but I'm gonna probably send it away after Christmas, to get Linden or ??? Probably Linden cause he "may" retire soon.

Anyways it was great, got to see some of my family, stayed at Mom's for a night. Got to meet some buddies who've I've known for a couple years.. Yes I said "meet" were gaming buddies so we know each other from Online. But ya Great time!

Here's the pics!

So ya Pics are Courtesy of Tom, and we had a great time!

My wife ROX!

I LUV DA MUD!!

Thursday, October 11, 2007
Tom and I had been talking about going up Thornhill mountain to see how far the snow had come down and how deep it was, not expecting to make it to the top. We did, it melted, apparently there was about 8inches or so in the last little bit up there!! I can't wait I love the snow, but I LOVE the MUD even more! Once upon a time we tried to take Tommy's Tracker down this trail on T.Mtn, the trail leads to a trapper cabin that we used to go to all the time growing up (party shack) over the years the road gets worse and worse, we used to be able to go down it no problem. Anyways we ended up getting stuck and having to call Tom's dad to tow us out, after I dented the rocker panel trying to "leverage" it out with a small log... Still feel bad bout that :P

Anyways today I was like lets try it again... We took Tristan and Gabe up with us to give Starla a semi-break and Tristan wanted to bring his buddy... So we drove up to the top checked things out but it was to cold for the boys to stay up there, Tom included. So we started heading down and I was like lets try the trail Tommy and he was like UHH well OK.

Here's the video's we got!!

PS. Thank God for the auto save on Blogger :P I accidentally closed this window while I was working on it.

Hiking!!

Tuesday, September 11, 2007
I've been kicking myself all summer... I started out really well we were heading up Terrace mountain 1 or 2 times a week, walking the millennium trail once in awhile too for something different. My goal was to be able to go up and down Terrace mountain in 45-55 minutes total up and down time. My start time was 1.5hr UP and 1hr or so down, I knew I was out of shape but that to me was brutal, I was pretty discouraged, truth is first time up I puked... partially cause I ate 2 eggs before going up, fried eggs way to greasy I thought the protein would help. I was UBER wrong lol. Anyways, we were doing great one week we went up 3 times 2 days back to back we brought some guests from the states that were in town ministering at the church up, had a great time. My fastest time up Terrace mountain was 55mins and 45-50mins down, I'm happy with that right now but the problem is that I got lazy again, stopped walking stopped doing stuff... We went to Edmonton for 11days or whatever it was and then I got to workin again and excuses excuses. Finally the sun came out again but its FRIGIN September... I was really motivated I had been telling Steve and Tom all summer that I wanted to hike Thornhill mountain, the other day I went with Mark and the Youth up for a fire and just to hang out and saw the trail head which I've seen so many times 4x4ing or whatever and thought I'm gonna do it before we don't have any summer left. So I called Tom and Steve and said were going up.. Steve had to work but Tom was in..

My goal was to make it to the top its supposed to be 3hrs up... LOL we were truckin along and this guy comes up the trail about 2hrs after we started, I asked him if he'd done it before and how long it was till the top He said we were about two thirds of the way up and it would probably take another 40 mins or so. I thought great were almost there, then I asked how long ago he started... He says oh about 40 mins... it took him 40 mins to get to where it had taken me just over 2hrs to get to. Tom being the gracious friend he is was taking his time and waiting for me, I was starting to hurt in the top of my legs where they go into the hips. I just wanted to push through till we saw the 3km sign. So we pushed up and up till we got to the heli pad and I just knew I couldn't go any further, I'm not sure how high that is but its near the timber line so I did pretty good. Tom tried to encourage me that I did really good and came along way especially for not having hiked for 2months or more 2 and a half hours up is good. I'm pretty stoked I made it that far but would have LOVED to get to the top. Another day, I'll do it soon enough (make it to the top that is) Well anyways its a good thing we turned around when we did cause by the time we got to the bottom I was D. O. N. E.... I was jelly my quads were getting a good burn down my ankle was starting to hurt and my hip area is still hurting. I may have over done it but I'll do it again! we figured the Heli pad is about 3km up so I'm happy 3km up 3km down either way thats 6km on a mountain. So I'm going to keep treckin and keep pushing, there's so much beautiful terrain in this area I'd be a fool not to!

Check this site out; Terrace and Area Recreation!

I just love hiking, I love being out doors... How can you deny we have a God being in such an amazing beautiful place! The mountains, the trees our Rain forests are as beautiful as any in the world! I'm just so amazed that God put so much detail into everything! He is so Great!! God's really just been speaking to me about intimacy and obedience how I really just need to get back to basics with Him, in our relationship I'm tired of being complacent and lazy. I want God with all my heart.. Psalms 84:2 says "My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; My heat and my flesh cry out for the living God" The second part is the cry of my heart its what I want, what I need. Philippians 3:12 says "Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that which Christ Jesus took hold of me" For those of you in my cell group this is a pre-show for whats to come :D 1 Kings 19:19-21 great read ;) check it out. It was cool for me cause that scripture reference has been on my heart, and I'm going to be talking about it at cell group, then Mike used it on Sunday in his message; "Discovering God - How to Go Deeper in God" great word get the CD if you haven't heard it. Or wait until I finish the Rock site and download it from there!

Anyways thats all for now.
I'll be posting pictures from the hike soon!

Blessings!

Thank You!!

For 5
of the best years of my life!!

Happy Anniversary Christy!
Your more then I ever hoped for in a wife. You bring so much joy and love into my life, I'd be lost without you. Your an amazing mother friend and so much more. God really truly knew what he was doing when he chose you for me! Your the one my heart longs for the only one that could put up with all my craziness. You compliment me in every way.

Thank you for being such an amazing mother to our children, both of which light up and glow when they're with you!
I love that your always willing to go on my crazy adventures no matter where or what they may involve. Whether its 4x4'ing up some random mountain or hiking down some backwoods trail being carried away by the hordes of mosquitoes!
Thank you for being you, and making me the man I am today. I pray that God would bless you and honor your heart in becoming the Proverbs 31 wife that you are and that your heart truly wants to be. I'm never letting go of you and I love you with ALL of my heart!

Most of all Honey, thank you for being you! I love you!!!

Home Sweet Home!

Sunday, July 15, 2007
Well we had an excellent time on our trip. For those that didn't know we left for Edmonton on Sunday the 8th we caught the train to Prince George, over nighted there and then jumped the train to Jasper. My Dad met us there and we drove to Edmonton where we spent 5 days enjoying sunshine and the company of my family. Prior to this trip I hadn't seen my Dad for nearly 10 years. Now married with two kids I figured what better time then the present. Plus my Dad had purchased a new vehicle for us "1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport" So we had to go pick it up. We have to pay him back of course but its still a HUGE blessing as our mini-van is da-da-dying. I was booking our tickets to Edmonton, and this is for future travelers of the train. For a single ticket from Terrace to Jasper it is $400+ SO I booked two separate tickets at $104 and $108 each totaling $222 and change to get to Jasper saving me about $200 bucks.

We really had a great time, just hanging out and relaxing. It was nice to get out of town for a week and veg. I got to spend some time with my little brother Adam too, that was nice he's finally starting to grow up and has a real sentimental side, loves family now which is a change I welcome with open arms. The one regret I do have is not being able to see his two kids. But he's going to try and come to Terrace to see us soon and of course bring his boys.

We got to hit West Edmonton mall, and browse around.. Christy did some shopping and I just hung around checking things out. Even Tristan got to go to a store just for him "Toys'R'us" and he had a blast, we picked up a package of water guns and had a big water fight at Grandpas that afternoon. Ate at a bunch of places that we don't have in Terrace, Tony Roma's Great food, Red Lobster, also good food :D

We left Edmonton on Friday for PG and hung out there for a couple days to head home on Sunday morning. Got to hang out with the boys on Saturday night, we went to Transformers. I got to watch it for a second time. Still loved it! Then we went out for a few drinks and bite to eat. My home boys Tommy and Steve came in to PG as well so they hung out too. Now were home and OH so happy! I miss my bed. I'm gonna go shower and crawl into it! Here are some pics from the trip!

Getting ready to board the train... I'm not sure where Olivia is??

TDRA

Monday, July 02, 2007
Well I had a great weekend, Tom and I are helping out at the Terrace Drag Race's, were running the time booth, in turn they're paying us a 100 bucks a day and advertising for our company. We were going to purchase a 2x8 sign with a little blurb and the TDRA picked that up too, they've been really good to us. Tom and I both love being involved its a blast we get front row seats to the races and our business gets plugged hardcore. Anyways I just thought I'd give a little update. Tristan and I are building a fort, I wish I had gotten some pictures from the start but I'll get some from today! If the weather holds up I'd like to have it finished today. Monday is our family day so thats what were doing, were gonna build T's fort and hang out.

Anyways just a short post!

Mosquitoes + Family Hike = Run for your life, and lots of fun!!!!

Monday, June 18, 2007
Well we wanted to take the guests from Norther California on Sunday afternoon but it didn't work so today my family and I went out for a nice little hike. We went up to the falls near Rosswood was a great little hike, only took us about 15mins. Was a nice drive too, we got to listen to the sermon from yesterday and take it in a bit more. Was a great word! We had fun we cruised out there and enjoyed the drive and time together then we strolled in to the bush heading for the falls. Well turns out we should have maybe bathed in bug repellent cause the mosquitoes were THICK THICK I'm talking crazy if you stopped walking you had 10 or more on any patch of skin visible, while walking you literally had 3-5 on any piece of visible skin at all times. So that part sorta sucked lol but we had fun! Cool thing happened too, as we were driving out there it had started to rain and it wasn't to bad but it had the potential to get really bad, looked like some really black rain clouds. So we prayed that God would hold the rain off so we could enjoy our walk and spend some time together. As soon as we finished praying, like the second we stopped the rain stopped. We went for our walk and when we got back in the car it started to rain again, but it was quiet a bit less then prior to our walk. Anyways here are some pictures to enjoy!!

Next time we go were bringing the bug dope!!

Two days in a row!!!

Saturday, June 16, 2007
I'm pretty happy!!! Joni, Jenny you girls should SO DO IT! Come with us next time we go! Tom Carin and I went up Friday and actually set a new "record" 55mins up and 40-45 mins down. It's actually harder for me to go down, cause the impact on my ankle is quite a bit more. I have to find the proper footing as to not slip. Today we went up with a larger group, some guests from out of town that came to minister at our G.T.T really wanted to see the outdoors and get a view of the town, so I offered to take them up Terrace mountain on Sunday or Monday it wasn't going to work for either of those days so we just went up today. I'm feeling it a bit but I feel good. The good news is we shaved about 5mins off our time up, our time down was about the same maybe a bit more BUT we went down the opposite side of the mountain. I'm not sure I'd do it again until my ankle was more... trustworthy? lol I dunno it was pretty steep in some places, I'd go up that side but maybe not down.... but I'll prolly do it again anyways,

Anyways I just LOVE it I love being outside and getting exercise feels so good. I'm happy to be getting back in shape its gonna be a long journey but I don't care I really want to do it for my family's sake and for my health! Lots of people keep asking me about my weight and if I've lost the honest answer is I don't know and I don't care!!!!! My wife says she can see it in my face and what not but its not about that for me I just want to be healthy.

So here's a picture for all of you who've been thinking about doing it!

I was gonna say sorry but I did that last time!

Thursday, June 07, 2007
Ok so ya.. I've been busy, haven't had much "play" time on the computer lately so I thought I would update everyone. Tom and I have officially launched our business full fledged. We recently sent out 200 flyers to the business's in town and we've got 200 more to go out soon. Our website is complete and were ROARING to get some work done. Please if you want some business cards to help us get our name out there again just ask and I'll be sure to give you a bunch to get around. Our website address is www.tcsicomputers.ca check it out let me know what you think now that its done. We'll be doing little tweaks here and there but thats just updating stuff as we go on.

I've been walking a bunch, I'd like to say a lot but with the rain and flooding we've been busy helping friends move stuff and prepare for the mess. Hopefully keep the water out of their houses. However we did go up Terrace Mtn. today and I felt like I did pretty well. I still can't fully keep up with Tom and Steve, but I didn't have to stop to make sure I was still alive a million times, couple little breather breaks and kept going at a steady pace. We didn't go the top today but that was on purpose we headed over to the rock face that you can see from the old bridge to get a birds eye view of the river... It looks like the water has gone down but actually it seems to have just spread out a bit more.
I think its pretty funny how some people are panicking and buying up lots of gas and groceries, worst case scenario they'd bring a barge up from the coast... Drive it in from Kitimat... I was talking to a friend of mine at Aqua Clear, I was getting water (cause we were out) and people are freaking out there too, buying like 20+ bottles of water... the great thing is that even IF the water got contaminated, they could still bottle water, they boil/filter/clean it anyways... Oh well...

On a side note, one of our long time friend families, dad had a massive heart attack the other day and passed away. The Rolleman's "Peter Rolleman" so the family is all in town flew up. Its great to see them again but Terrible it had to be this way. So PLEASE please pray for them as they definitely need it in this time. My thoughts and love go out to all of them!

So there you go I've updated!

Anaheim won the cup for those that didn't know...

Sorry I've been busy...

Wednesday, May 16, 2007
So ya, like the title says.. I've been busy, I've been working with Tom on our business. We've been designing the cards (which you've seen) we've designed a flyer for advertising purposes. Were working on the website www.tcsicomputers.ca feel free to check it out and let me know what you think. It's not done yet obviously were still working on some design stuff and filling in the content. **if the link doesn't work, give it a day or so and it should work fine**

Other then that I haven't been doing a whole heck of a lot. I've been trying to walk regularly and make smarter choices with my eating. I'm going to cut everything but water and the occasional (yes cutting back) Coke :P I've hiked Terrace mtn. twice now. The first time I just about puked cause I had the WORST breakfast possible. Second time wasn't nearly as hard and we made it all the way to the top. Once were up and down in 45mins were going to hike up Thornhill or Copper mtn. I'm serious about getting healthy I'm tired of being so out of shape. I want to be around for my kids not stuck on the couch eating potatoes chips.. My eventual goal is to lose about 100lbs I know most of you are thinking thats a lot but trust me I can lose it without gettin all skinny minny :P I'm large and in charge haha

I'm really enjoying not working at Alcan :P I'm spending time with my family and friends its nice. Working for yourself is the way to go! Its far less stressful and you can pick your own hours. Especially cause we don't have a store front. We schedule our work and get r' dun. It's nice. Once we start getting clients it will be even better. Instead of a few service calls here and there. We've been making great contacts, met one of the managers for C.N and my buddy Steve works for ikon he's been recommending us to people too its nice. Also my brother Andy, works high up in the N'sga Gov't so he's gonna recommend us as well. So things are looking up. Its exciting.

Anyways there's a little update. I'll post more at a later date.. I just figured you guys were getting sick of looking at the old posts wishing the Canucks were still in the playoffs. I sure do.. :-(
Blessings

Do or Die!!!

Thursday, May 03, 2007

If ever there was a time to call out to the "hockey gods" that time is NOW. Were down 3-1 in the series against a team that really doesn't want to lose. We need to show them why we deserve to be here. For Luongo who's been great in net, for Trevor who may very well be in his last years, for the fans that have been dreaming of this moment forever we need to stretch this to 7 and beyond. This team needs to play PLAYOFF hockey get down and gritty play hard for 180mins, block shots, be aggressive and own that rink. The Canucks need to BELIEVE IN BLUE!! Remember why they are there and press through.

So this is a call to the true Canuck fans tonight as you watch the game from wherever your watching it don't doubt and BELIEVE IN BLUE!!!

Dave Nonis announced that they were calling Brandon Reid up from the minors. He's played with the Nucks twice before, once this year and once in the 02-03 season. He brings great speed and a lot of heart.

GO CANUCKS GO

Thats right every one of the REAL fans that believe in this team wear blue in support of your Vancouver Canucks! I wish I could be in the audience when the sea of blue is reveled but I will be doing this in my living room! So if you come to watch the game at my place, come in "blue" you can get a shirt for $15bucks downtown so I suggest you pick it up! Let's show our team we believe!

GO CANUCKS GO

Game 1 vs Ducks!

Wednesday, April 25, 2007
So, who's ready for Game 1 with the "Mighty Ducks" sure on paper the Ducks out rank the Canucks, with their heavy hitters, big goal scorers and offensive lines special teams and experience but since when have we been a team that stays true to stats? They said that Dallas would beat us in 6 or 7 too they were wrong about that now weren't they.. VERY WRONG!

They make new stats up all the time who cares about the stats. Luongo is one of THE BEST GOALIES in the world right now. We're CANUCKS we've got HEART. We have to stand as one and BELIEVE that we will reign victorious. So Canuck fans all over the world, or those of you who read my blog anyways LETS HEAR IT FOR THE CANUCKS!!

Here are some things that we'll have to look out for; Penalties, needless trips to the Sin Bin. If we can play smart and draw penalties we'll have that much better of a chance in winning this series. I believe that this is going to be a hard fought battle for our team. But I know we can do it, in my heart I know the Canucks can win this series. I don't care about the pre-playoff match-ups. I care about the here and now! The Ducks have had a few days off to heal their bumps and bruises but WE are coming off a big high and a very well played Game 7. The teams aren't matched as equally as they were with Dallas. Hitting, the Canucks are going to have to bring an "A" game and start hitting more, and finishing their checks to eliminate plays being setup in front of Luo. With guys like Pronger, Niedermayer, and Beauchemin against him he's gonna have to play as equally good or better then he did with Dallas if the Defensive and Forward lines don't block more shots they they were. The Ducks led the League in penalty minuets and fighting majors this year. So look forward to alot of BIG hits and min's in the sin bin. Motivation: If I was Alain Vigneault I'd be telling the boyz the same thing I did in Game 7 of the first series "There's alot of other teams that wished they could be here" Especially now with 8 of the 16 teams that started this Playoff series are out. prove you deserve to be here, show them you want to stay.. Then I'd do something crazy like through the "predictions" from every sports commentator on the table that says "ducks in 6 or 7" and say PROVE them wrong too!

GO CANUCKS GO
LET'S BBQ SOME DUCK THIS SERIES

LOVE THIS TEAM LOVE THIS GAME!!

Tuesday, April 24, 2007

WOW WOW WOW I can't even begin to explain how happy and stoked I am tonight What an amazing game seriously! I have to admit I was a little worried after the first period, but then when I saw Willie Mitchell in the interview and quoting Alain Vigneaut "There are a lot of other teams that would kill to be in your shoes right now" I KNEW things were going to turn around and Turn around is EXACTLY what they did. Vancouver DOMINATED the rest of the game the whole 40 mins belonged to Van. Dallas had a total of 4 shots in the 2nd period and 7 in the 3rd. We finally scored on a Power Play and it was a GREAT GOAL beautifully setup by Daniel, Henrik was not going to miss and it FOUND the back of the net to tie the game.

Even Linden's goal was a power play goal was amazing I LOVE WHEN he scores (I've made up my mind I'm getting his jersey, there's one on E-bay SIGNED I'm taking donations) anyways to quote Canucks.com's recap "Linden played a monumental game that looked like he got a hold of the DeLorean from Back to the Future to travel back to his younger days.
“It might have been his best game of the whole year,” said Brendan Morrison." I completely agree the energy that he had was like watching him in his younger days. It's the game seven he shines in Game 7's :-DTaylor Pyatt and Brian Smolinski to get the Empty netters thats not something you see a lot of but Dallas didn't have much for choice at that point in the game. Sealed the deal ending the series 4-3 with score of 4-1 Vancouver stuck true to its stats with games that they scored at least one goal they won. My hat's off to Dallas and Turco you guys played a great game and showed spirit all the way through, never gave up and kept on pressing. Couple of great shots in the last game including Modano's cross bar wringer that bounced off the inside of the cross bar to ALMOST tie the game. Great job, great series. Probably THE BEST and most evenly matched series in the playoffs this year (so far) Thanks for the stress and the gray hairs.

My Vancouver Stars of the series: Roberto Luongo, was consistent throughout the entire series stood on his head, played his heart out! with his play off stats at: Record: 4-3
GAA: 1.41
Save %: .950
GA: 12
Great first playoff performance, feels good to have a goalie in net that you can count on as a Last Line of Defence MVP!!

My Second Star goes to Willie Mitchell he played incredibly made some AMAZING plays kept us alive on numerous occasions was the backbone along side Luongo great effort and again like Luo played his heart out!
My Final star is a no brainer! was a hard toss up between second and third but Trevor Linden you've captured our hearts once again, displaying incredible leadership qualities and grit like he always does. To quote The Insider; " But there is something about Linden fans know for certain: He’s as clutch as they come.
Need a crunching hit on the forecheck in a do or die game seven? Send number 16 over the boards and watch him pick his spot to rattle the glass and swing the momentum in the Canucks favor.
Need veteran leadership to rub off on two of your franchises’ players of the future? Put number 16 on the power-play with the Sedin Twins and watch him score the game winning goal with the man advantage.
Need someone who gets so nervous before huge playoff games that he can barely keep his lunch down? Trevor’s your guy. "

My favorite play by Trevor in the whole series was when he gave Brian Smolinski the puck for the empty netter, selflessly handing it over great great great play. Awesome!! True Leadership!

So to wrap things up Anaheim, Vancouver is coming to BBQ some duck. Burke were coming for your team!
