It's good to be home, we missed everyone! That being said sometimes I wonder why we live in Terrace... Don't get me wrong I ABSOLUTELY love it here and its a great place to be ESPECIALLY when the sun is shining ask anyone who's been anywhere and I'm sure they'll agree with me, Terrace is one of the most breath-taking places in the world. It just seems there's no money to be made here, people are caught in a rut of "save your pennies" were not going to have anything tomorrow. Anyways..

The trip was great Tristan and Liv did great, we had a lot of fun and spent to much money, but whats a holiday if you don't right? Our friends were shocked we'd make the trip just to say goodbye but of course we did and would. They've been great friends over the years and will continue to be unless Keith starts to cheer for Calgary :P jk buddy We haven't always gotten to connect with them but they've been there for us when we've needed them and we've definitely consider them some of our good friends, mentors in our lives at times and just a shoulder to lean on or laugh with in others. So as you guys make this transition in your life we'll be praying for you and asking God's blessings on your life's also that he'd provide for you spiritual and practical needs.

So ya now were home and wondering what God has in store for us, work has been a bit slow. I've got some projects I need to get completed and am trying to work on. But its not enough right now so if you could remember us in your prayers that God would continue to provide which were completely trusting Him to do, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also on that note I could use some prayer for my foot, I've done something to it and can barely walk on it "sometimes" if that makes sense, sometimes it doesn't hurt at all other times it's unbearable, so ya please pray its nothing serious and that God would do a healing there. Especially sux since I've started trying to get in shape yet again, the snow is melting the mountains are calling to me and I've actually had a crazy urge to start running again (which I did for the first time today) sort of ha-ha did a walk/run sorta thing with my buddy Tom, he's good to run with cause he pushes me but won't let me push so hard that I hurt myself. Christy and I want to start running together also so that will be good for us, we'll figure something out with the kids and go for a run daily or something.

anyways I'm gonna go veg cause my foot is killing me right now, maybe I'll ice it up or something Thanks for reading appreciate the prayers.

And Keith Andrea if you read this we love you guys and were praying for you!!!

Blessings

It's about being the change you want to see. So glad to see that you are living a faith based life.
Will be praying for you and your foot. Do make time to have your 30 min run with your wife, even if your kids don't like it. They will benefit from the separation and you from the quality time. But who am I to talk about parenting and relationships.

I've started running and LOVE it. I go to skeena track. Some find the track really hard on their knees, so if you guys go, you might want to run on the grass along the track. I often bring Gavin and he brings a couple of trucks and just plays, or brings his bike and tags along.
It's amazing how fast a person can progress. I started the run/walk by walking 3 minutes ,running one minute intervals of 7, 8 or 9(depending on the day of the week) and know am walking 1 minute, running 3 minutes for at least 7 intervals(Sunday was 9). On Sunday my time gets bumped up again.
Your family is in my prayers. I know God has great things planned for you and your family. It will happen!
