"My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him."

It's amazing how the right scripture at the right time can bring everything to an amazing re-focusing in your life. I've been crazy busy with work literally working 12-16 hour days easy. I've been using it as an excuse and my devotion time has been suffering. I've been so tired, so worn out and couldn't put a finger on why.
"MY SOUL FINDS REST IN GOD ALONE"
The truth is I'm warn out and tired because I haven't been eating, I've let my my sword sit and get dull. In turn I've been suffering because of it, getting weaker and weaker. I know that I don't "have" to spend time with God, but I choose to I want to, because the truth is "MY SOUL FINDS REST IN GOD ALONE" My strength comes from God.

Psalm 28:7
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song.
Psalm 73:26
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

I find my STRENGTH in God alone, I can't rely on my own strengths they will fail every time, it is in His word and in His presence that I am rejuvenated and my strength comes from him!

Psalm 119:103
"How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!"

Blessings friends!
